What To Do and What’s Not On Wiccan Love Spell
First reintroduced to the world in the year of 1954 by Gerald Gardner, a British civil servant, Wicca is a religion which be traced back to Paganism which existed several hundred years ago. Though this claim is yet to be proven, the Wiccan theology itself has been thought to be compiled since around the 1920s.
There many secretive Wiccan traditions which in order to learn or practice such tradition one must be initiated to be a member of Wicca. It is estimated by the United States Identification Survey of American Religious that there are 134,000 adults proclaimed to be Wiccans.
Originated from a witch crafting religion, Wiccan practices ritual for their spells, though not necessary for all Wiccan to do such spells. As there is good and there is bad, there are some so-called unwritten rules that bind a Wiccan from using a spell to harm others as a result of understanding the Wiccan belief of Three Fold Law and The Wiccan Rede. The beliefs are refined as “All good that a person does to another returns three-fold in this life; harm is also returned three-fold” (Three Fold Law), “An it harm none, do what thou wilt” (In modern English: “Do as you wish as long as it does not harm anyone.” The Wiccan Rede). Therefore the Wiccan are not allowed to do a spell which brings harm to the intended person for example such action as to dominate, manipulate or control somebody without the person permission.
Let’s take a love spell for an interesting example, designing a spell with intention to make someone fall in love with the caster is considered negative spell as the spell would manipulate and control the target to the advantage of the caster. Another example of manipulative spell is when a Wiccan design a spell that could make someone to be more open for love. For various reasons and at different stages of life, the person targeted could prefer the other way around other than the caster intended. There is an exception for this kind of spell though, the spell target should give a permission to the caster to cast such spell. Casting a spell to the caster himself is not prohibited as it doesn’t contradict with The Wiccan Rede, for example a Wiccan who wants to have a relationship romantic ones- could cast a spell that make them more open to love.
As much as interesting as a love spell is, there are four Wiccan love spells that are not contradict with The Wiccan Rede.
First Wiccan Love Spell is called The Most Important Love Spell. This spell could be used as a preparation for other love spells a caster might do, or maybe this spell is the only spell a caster would ever need in his/her love life. The spell itself is to open the cast to love, by reaching inside, looking deep down, finding something blocking the caster to receive or feel love. Feeling of not deserving love, thinking to much of the caster appearance, afraid of asking for a date, other fear that might get in the way of a relationship should be identified by the caster and after that the caster should use a soap wash his/her hand bearing in mind that the caster are washing away these factors.
The second spell is called The Path Of Love, for this spell the caster need five red roses, walking about a block away from the caster’s home he/she drop one and three roses more walking back to the caster’s home. The last one is to be dropped on the caster’s front door. The chant for this spell is This is a path of love, My true love will find me the caster shall chants this while doing all the walk and dropping the roses.
The third spell is called Proud As A Peacock, to do this spell a caster should wear a peacock feather or an emblem of peacock. The chant for this spell is I am spreading my tail feathers, the caster shall repeat this as many time as he/she wishes while looking at his/her own image in the mirror. This spell is intended to spread the caster’s personal charm to other people psychically.
The fourth spell is called Your True Love, sometimes people are not sure that their present love is their true love, for a Wiccan who would like to make sure that their relationship is with their true love and willing to sacrifice the relationship should it turned out their present partner is not the one this is the spell that could help them. The caster needs two silver dollars or two pennies, throwing these coins chanting May we go to our own true love. The caster should keep in mind that even though the present relationship is not with his/her true love, the relationship itself is considered sacred.
