When you order any service from Net-Psychics (ExpertSessions Inc.) you AGREE with & fully accept these conditions & terms of service.
Please make sure you have no questions on the service itself when you order a service. All sales are final.
Our Psychics are all very gifted and special in the psychic world still we have to point out that the services offered at Net-Psychics are to be "considered as" entertainment purposes only and are not a replacement for legal, medical, or other related advice.
This means that we are not responsible for the outcome of any situation that may occur as a result of you ordering our services. Any advice gained via Net-Psychics that you act upon is solely of your own free will, thus your, and solely your responsibility alone, and not that of Net-Psychics in any degree.
All services are processed within 24 hours (in some occasions longer, but that will be explicitly mentioned on the site) of submission of the form.
When ordering via eCheck, please allow time for the funds to clear before expecting to receive your reading. eChecks may take up to 10 business days to clear, however, on average they tend to clear within 3-4 business days.
In ordering any service provided of Net-Psychics, you agree to take FULL responsibility for ALL results that may be experienced as a result of ordering the services that we provide.

We reserve the rights to deny service to anyone we deem necessary. In this case, if you have already ordered, you will be refunded.
Unfortunately, due to many ISP providers new spam filtering, (including AOL), many emails may be bounced back or filtered as junk. If you have not received any response from us after 2 business days, it's possible that your ISP may have filtered our message to you as "spam" and prevented it from arriving to you.
Net-Psychics is not responsible for any readings or correspondence that are not received. In seldom cases where this may occur, it may be for many reasons. We are not responsible or liable for cases where you may have typed an incorrect or invalid email address, or you did not complete the form that you are redirected to after placing your order, or the email message may have become lost. In the circumstances where this may occur, please contact us via the contact form on the website, and I will resend the message to you again, or at an alternative email address.

Regarding
refunds on readings spells etc..
Net-Psychics
guarantees a refund in the following circumstances only:

If we did
not respond within 24 hrs to you after that you submitted us the client
form.*

If you
paid twice for the same session by accident.

If we did
not have the correct advisor for your issue. (To decide by Net-Psychics)

Refund is paid only to original Purchaser.

No refund due to changed personal situation.

Refund Request must be made within 30 days after submission of your client form
Full
inboxes, down email addresses and fraud.
Net-Psychics is not responsible for errors in your mail box such as full or down mail
addresses.
We do not
refund in such cases. You can always still ask Net-Psychics to send the issue
once more.
In case you
claim a refund through your credit card company with reasons such as we would
not have delivered the service you paid for: In those cases Net-Psychics will
forward the email reading issue to your credit card company (incl. email header)
to prove we delivered you our service as agreed.
In case a
credit card company demands a refund due to fraud, we will also forward the
advice issue with all details to the credit card company, to prevent and
prosecute fraud.
Due to the
fact that the person who's card is used to receive advice is a fraud, we believe
the advice is not under privacy rules any more.
Further more
we will report the email address where the advice is asked to be send, to the
provider, police, and credit card fraud department.
*In some
cases we mention on the site that due to maintenance the period is longer then
the normal 24hrs response time. In this case you will see a clear text on the
signing up page.
Online
Checks.
If you make a
payment through Online Check, please note that you will not receive your service
until the check has cleared. This normally takes about 3 to 4 days.
Age.
We require
all of our clients to be 18 years and over to sign up for a service on this site
